載體描述
p3xFlag-CMV-14表達載體是一個6.3 kb的載體,從pCMV5載體衍生而來,用于在哺乳動物細胞內瞬表達或穩表達C末端帶有3xFlag標簽的融合蛋白。載體多克隆位點下游片段編碼了三個相鄰Flag抗原表位(Asp-Tyr-Lys-Xaa-Xaa-Asp)。這使得能夠使用Flag M2抗體檢測蛋白表達情況。
P3XFLAG-CMV-14表達載體是大腸桿菌和哺乳動物細胞的穿梭載體。當使用SV40 T抗原表達的宿主細胞系,如COS細胞,復制和基因組整合效率能夠達到最佳最佳狀態。
